MEET YOUR BAKER…….

My name is Brenda Torres, I was born in the US and raised in Mexico (Spanish is my first language), I have a major in Business Administration with 3 minors in Finance, Marketing and Management. My parents teach me the key to success is a hard work ethic, being humble and caring. I was a restaurant/bar manager for over 5 years (Applebees, Chilis). I have a SERV safe manager certification and a Texas food handler license. Also worked in customer services for over 10 years and I’m a big believer customer is always right, and the best marketing is word to word, so I make sure our products are made fresh with the best quality. Overall my favorite part in life is to spend time with my family and being a mom of 3 is my biggest challenge and  achievement at the same time. Ali and Ari sweets' names come from Allison and Arianna (My oldest 2 girls). I operate under the Texas cottage baker law.
